To provide you with peace of mind and certainty regarding your reservation, we have established the following guarantee, payment, and cancellation policy. Please take a moment to carefully review this information before confirming your booking.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT: 1.1. When booking your stay at Hotel Rural L’Ortiga Blanca, an advance payment of 40% of the total reservation will be required. 1.2. The remaining 60% of the payment will be made at the time of check-in.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: 2.1. Once the initial payment is received, the reservation will be confirmed, and the selected dates will be secured for you. 2.2. At the time of check-in, you will be provided with the key, and the remaining payment will be completed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 3.1. More than 2 days before the reservation date: 100% of the total amount will be refunded. 3.2. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a possible exception to this policy will be considered at the discretion of the management of Hotel Rural L’Ortiga Blanca.
GUARANTEE CARD: 4.1. In addition to the payments, the provided credit card will be used as a guarantee in case of damages or losses during your stay. 4.2. Any damages will be assessed and charged to the guarantee card if necessary.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: 5.1. Check-in will be available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 5.2. During check-out, the final payment will be made.
REFUND POLICY: 6.1. In case of a partial or full refund of the payment, it will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation. 6.2. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY: 7.1. It is important that guests adhere to the rules of use and coexistence during their stay. 7.2. Any damage caused by failure to comply with the rules will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged to the guarantee card.
